Exceptionally well equipted house, they though of everything !! Fresh Milk and cookies was a lovely touch and even tea, coffee and sugar. Very clean and comfortable and spacious and a good location/base for visiting around the Cotswolds, nice size garden for our dog to go outside and lovely seating area with table and chairs to sit outside for the warmer evenings. Excellent Wifi with good connection as my husband had to have a Teams business meeting. A great stay and highly recommended.

Location was very easy to navigate from. Very central. The free bus departs from just around the corner- which was ideal for travelling to different spots in the city.

The whole experience. The accommodation was not clean, outdated and also hot water was not running on site. My colleagues had to immediately check out and be placed in another accommodation. We receive no refund of the £190 for 2 rooms for 1 night.

Nice room, riverside location and a very good breakfast.

Staff very busy on arrival and in the evening so we didn’t really feel very welcome. The restaurant is very average and the room expensive for what’s actually available here. With hindsight I’d of chosen a cheaper hotel in the city centre with more food options nearby -the parking is free and you’re next to the river but that doesn’t really justify the higher price for the room.
