Very very good location, just 2 mins walk to Earl’s Court station and cafes etc. Very comfortable basement apartment which could easily house 6 adults - double bed and 2 sofa beds. Nice hot shower and I loved d hidden pantry that was well equipped. I’ll definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone to stay. Clean and simple accommodation. Very easy to check in too

This was the perfect accomodation for our family. The location is great for exploring the city via the underground. We also enjoyed that everybody could have its own bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and there is not much traffic on the street.

We had an issue with some of the staff. We wanted to leave our luggage as we were going to Italy but returning to stay at the same hotel. Was told that they were happy to hold our luggage, no mention of extra charge therefore I didn't make any arrangements with my brother to keep the luggage at his flat. The next morning, when we were about to leave for Italy, they told us they were going to charge us. We asked them to check with the staff members who were on duty on certain date to verify. In the end, they didn't charge us but there should have been a note on our reservation to avoid this unpleasantness early in the morning. Secondly, there is this machine in the lobby area to book for Uber. We were told not to use it because they said the car will not turn up. The intention was kind, to save us the trouble apparently waiting for the credit to be returned to our account but if that's true, why not removing the machine completely? We were offered the car company that the hotel use but the cost seemed high. It may be the normal cost however with the whole thing about the Uber, all seemed iffy. Some of the people at the reception, to us who worked for hotels before, just don't project the image that we think should be hold by a brand name like Novotel.
