The hosts were waiting when we arrived to show us to the property. The property itself was in a very quiet location but close to the main farm and parking, easy to go back and forth to the car and they even gave us a trolly to bring our bags! Attention to detail in the Hut and in the garden areas surrounding was excellent, the hosts obviously care a lot about the property and have put a lot of work into it. No noise, no interruptions just peace and quiet, beautiful scenery and out door living experience.

Lovely setting and in a spectacularly beautiful village with more restaurant choices than can you imagine possible. Accommodation is very spacious in terms of grounds and plenty of parking. The water features in the centre give it a nice relaxing feel too. Room was equipped but has a very student style feel to it. However I needed something close to a particular location and for ease and simplicity it ticks all the right boxes.

Rooms and hallways were a bit tired looking. Has very much the feel of a conference centre and reminded me of old accommodation blocks in my past employment.

Our courtyard room 9 was of a quality build, comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. Pleasant courtyard. The included breakfast was very good. Everyone was cheerful. Parking good enough: a small 4 car lot, and overflow under the trees to the right of the lot. Town was nice: a 5 minute walk with a beautiful church and parks, with enough tourists to warrant restaurants and pubs, but not too many.

The whole place is adorable. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing too!! The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Can not fault it at all!!!

Unusual for there not to be shampoo/shower gel in bathroom, but easy enough to purchase cheaply in town. There is a night porter, which is great, but after a late night drive to look at the stars from the Orme, there was no one to let us back in! A phone call to the hotel meant this was remedied fairly quickly, but I felt bad about waking up a member of staff!

We were in a triple room , once we opened the door the disgusting smell from the room hit us. Like it was the drain in the bathroom or something ..Very bad . The room was dark and badly lit and decor was just to dark as the sunlight doesn’t get near the room. Plugs were behind a table which made plugging in chargers etc almost impossible as the plug was level with the top of the table .My second time to stay there , last time was equally as bad ! Thought I’d give it another chance . But that’s it I’ll never be back . Much nicer hotels for lot less money .

Looks old and run down The breakfast is the same every day and has a very poor selection, the buffet equipment is old and is not a 4 star standard, 2 at the best Some of the furniture is in a bad condition
