Very friendly and helpful host: Rosy! The apartment is clean, quiet and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The kitchen is very well equipped. The fridge was fully stocked with food and drink, plus a fruit basket and fresh baked goods, tea, coffee, spices, etc. - all at no extra charge. Good location, bus and overground stops nearby - Buckingham Palace is around 30-40 minutes away by public transport.

Whole package was excellent - our first booking had to be cancelled at the last minute due to illness; hotel staff were very helpful and considerate about re-arranging. Our room was as expected and very quiet and able to have window open at night with no traffic noise - perfect! Swimming pool and facilities clean and well managed. Good breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff and speedy response to our concerns. food and Refreshments very reasonable. Good location for exploring the town as sited in centre. Short walk to spa/ lake etc Good value if traveling on a budget or utilising hotel for work Breakfast is ok, but limited in choice.

Although we are relatively active (68 & 72) we were given room on top floor which required us to climb 30 odd steps in narrow area clutching suitcase & bags etc...receptionist didn't ask if we any health conditions.!! Room was cold, couldn't put heating on,slept in some clothes. Initially bedsheet/Mattress cover were fitted shabily and some stains evident... these were changed quickly which eased our concerns. Shower room /toilet was ok but basin minute.

Great location for climbing Suilven, comfortable, spacious, well equipped with own parking space. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and wine all appreciated. Next door to excellent restaurant Peet’s serving great fish dishes.

Awful bed, definitely broken. Bathroom in dire state lots of attention needed. Staff very rude, did not want to be there almost made me feel like i was a chore. (besides breakfast staff they were great) for price not worth it at all - places in same area looked in better condition. Car parking (we booked the hotel one) very expensive and really bad carpark - if you have a big car would not recommend.
