The Atlantic Hotel is set in a prominent location with stunning views over the Atlantic sea. It is beautifully decorated and the room we had was stylish and comfortable. When the heating was working, it was also lovely and warm. The hotel is having a modernisation and this was just unfortunate timing bearing in mind the weather was mostly miserable. However, they kindly gave us a heater which helped a lot to dry our wet clothes and keep us warm. When the works are finished, this hotel will be stunning and it’s not far off. Breakfast was also good.

Absolutely beautiful place and a lovely room, very clean and comfortable with an outdoor area to chill. A selection of food was also provided for breakfast etc including cereals, milk, bread and fruit which was a nice touch. The owner was lovely and very welcoming but left us to it once we were in. We'll be back down that way again at some stage and will definitely look at staying there again. Thanks Maggie.

The breakfast was a buffet with just scrambled egg, bacon ,sausage and beans for hot breakfast, beans and bacon had ran out by the time my husband had his cereal and had to wait a good while before the rest of his breakfast came, service very slow just one person doing everything Great shower!!

Great location, clean, warm and quiet place on the night I was there. Comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilitities in the room. I didn't meet any staff at all, arriving at 9pm and leaving at 7.30am. However, I'd received the entry directions in advance and everything was clear.

I went down to get myself some breakfast at 7.15 a.m. (yes, early I know) and there was no bread at all, and almost no milk left, only just enough for a small bowl of cereal. Please check provisions for breakfast!

Location was fantastic literally 2mins away from the winter gardens, the owners couldn’t have been any friendlier or accommodating, ample space even in the smaller room 100% will stay here again on my next visit

Outside reflectors were on during the night and it was impossible to sleep, unless you cover windows with blackout curtains, which makes your waking up very hard in the morning. Very poor sound isolation between rooms and floors that you do not expect in such type of hotel. Uncomfortable bed. We needed to stay longer and asked for later check out at 17:00, but we were required to pay additional 270 pounds.

Had to wait 45 minutes standing outside the door to get the key as it was not present in the supposed lock box. Staff was there but had zero english skills and could not provide any help. 45 minutes after we reached there they managed to get hold of someone who brought the key. Absolutely horrible experience specially after one is tired and looking to get some rest done.
