A great property. With everything you could want. Fantastic array of items in the welcome basket and the cupboards had everything you could need from washing up liquid to shampoo, tea, coffee, condiments everything! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds that I’ve ever slept in. Lovely accommodation.

Private, quiet, brilliant for 2 dogs. Everything you could wish for and more. First class shower and comfy bed. Very clean unit and grounds. Location great for walking ect and easy by car to coast and Minehead.

We booked 4 months in advance and asked for quite room for light sleepers,but was given noisy room on roadside saying thats all they had we bookedfor four nights?,had awful sleep first night to be woken by cleaners to clean our room we asked them to come back later,but they didnt so we came back to the room untouched, we had to make our own bed and ask for toilet roll and towels luckily there was a lovely lady at reception who gave us those and tea bags and coffee etc very dissatisfied seeing we are regular customers

The property was not ready to host the guest. Bin was not cleared. The bed was not made off. All dirty bedsheet and towels was in the floor. One room and the corridor didn’t have the ceiling light so we have to use either mobile light or the light coming from other room as it was dark.

The entrance was not clean the stairs carpet was worn The room was very small under the sink you can put your hand in a hole at the side .a glass shelf was at dangerous height l hurt my head.we only stayed 1night were booked for three we wish to be recompensed for other two nights
