Pod was near the small river, so u can hear the sound of it. Pod was big enough for 6 people. It has shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Only issue was, Pod doesn't have heater which I knew but forgot to pack blanket. This made the night lil tough. Bought Blanket from nearby Asda which helped survive the night. The kitchen has all the utensils which can be needed.

Location excellent, really close to the main terminal, Room - small but adequate, comfortable bed, clean. A good place to lay down your head before flying off to your destination. Couldn’t get the free tea & coffee on offer due to a flood, but not their fault…. One of those things!

The host was very helpful and communicative which made the check in process smooth. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The apartment is well situated, close to buses, the overground, supermarkets and restaurants.

Positives: 30 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to city centre. The flat was incredibly clean and decorated to a high standard. Bed's were comfortable, and the showers were great. Would stay again!

Minor issues: Can be very noisy at night with nonstop traffic. If you're a light sleeper, it's worth bringing some ear plugs! There weren't any cleaning products to clean kitchen surfaces or bin bags. Issue: Not very impressed paying £300 as a security deposit the day of arrival with threats of losing the booking if not paid. We chose to stay in Brighton as a staycation holiday, and having £300 taken off us cut into our holiday budget massively. I understand needing protection in case things go wrong, but surely there's another way of securing the money rather than putting people out of pocket the day they arrive! I'm now expected to wait 7 days to have that money returned to me!? I haven't had this issue with other properties I've stayed in. I felt the need to take a photo of every room before we left out of fear of not getting my money back!

Well when we got to check in took almost 40 minutes to book in as only one member staff working bed was really uncomfortable room was small and really warm all night it was ok for price

We were not able to enter the hotel as arrived after midnight though it was clearly communicated the timing we will arrive. Irresponsive receptionist (phone only communication). As we finally got in in the morning, the room was nothing like in the photos….
