Super friendly staff, location was absolutely beautiful and the lodge was clean and well equipped for a short break. Very peaceful area with low level noise in the evenings across the lodges or apartments on the site, family friendly location.

Was a bit annoying to find we that we were located directly across from the staff storage room for the site facilities teams, never picked that up from any pictures when booking. Whilst the staff were all friendly and courteous at all times, there was just too much footfall directly across from the decked area of the lodge we were in. Site under new ownership and management as we understand, areas being tackled to refresh and you can see they are into making change.

Breakfast was not as expected as delivery of some of the products had not arrived, however the chef compensated by doubling up on what he did have. Views from our room were lovely, staff very helpful.

Tables at breakfast could have been cleared a bit quicker. Little touches like having a side plate and butter knife would have been nice also a teaspoon ! We were unaware we had to put the 'make up my room' notice on the door so our room was not serviced, it would have been nice to have been told this arrangement Noisy at night as our room was over the main entrance

It was so handy being within in easy walking distance to Paddington Station, that was definitely our favourite aspect. As well as the great breakfast places around

The room was amazing for what we paid but it was on the smaller side, it was a very very tight squeeze to fit two large suitcases

Well set out and VERY central. Location was great. All amenities were available and we were very comfortable. Our host was very helpful and friendly

It was a bit hard to find as building across the road was also called Queensgate Apartments. Host"s arrival instructions arrived by email on the day of arrival, and because we didn't have Wi-fi access until AFTER arrival it was a bit tricky for a while.
