  I loved the location! Perfect area if you want to spend time at the London tower then and also not far to the hotspots to get the city sightseeing bus to go round all the attractions. The hotel itself was spotless and very well set out, luxurious the staff very polite and welcoming and the room was clean comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

  The Ole Butt Cottage was amazing, it had everything we could wish for...It is modern, beautiful, clean, all amenities. Box of biscuits, milk, coffee and tea bags, all waiting for us on arrival. Good location to do Forest of Deen walks, visit the Wales, Castles and other attractions...

  This historical building absolutely mesmerized us. Breakfast was fantastic!!! The room and beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing. The staff members especially Louise, Jamie and Gyula were really helpful and communicative, management can be so proud of them.

  There is no instructions of how to find the place and also the host had his phone on silent so i was calling for half and hour to get into the shared apartment.The sheets where dirty and smelly. There is no aircon it's an actual fan. Also the host of the property stays in the same apartment as you! Pictures and words are very deceiving. The towels smelt like deodorant. The bathroom wasn't clean it's a shared bathroom but they promote it as a private bathroom. I called booking.com as soon as I arrived to complain they said that they were going to do something about it and then done nothing. They refuse to give my refund even when I complained as soon as I got there because the host said I checked in and he was standing in front of me when I was complaining to booking.com on the phone! I didn't even stay in the apartment after my event in essex I got my stuff and booked a coach straight back to Bristol!

  very run down- torn curtains, laminated lifted on benches, no towel/toilet roll rails (had been pulled out of walls?), dirty windows, bad lighting. The lift to main area out of order- had to use a lift the other side of the building BUT MAINLY- I have received a fine for parking in their parking station (YES the FREE parking cost me £10) and now i have received a big fine £100 and another handling fee of £49 from the rental company. The receptionist gave me a toggle to access the carpark and took my registration details. I would like you to contact me regarding this as i will be seeking compensation/refund.
