Room: we requested a room (at the end of the corridor) far from the lift and the stairs due to the noise. It was available and the room was renovated (new bathroom). Good toiletries available in the bathroom. Spacious room. Mattress / bed: the bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast: good vegan options: vegetables, fruit, plant-based milk, cereal, bread, tea. Early start at 06:30 during the week. Location: good to walk the dog; very close to a walking path. Dinner: good vegan options in the menu. Staff: very friendly and willing to help. Proximity to the motorway: despite our bedroom being very close to the motorway, it wasn't too noisy. We used earplugs due to many ambulances passing. Free drinks: two free drinks on arrival.

Check-in and check-out times. Too late to check-in and too early to check-out. Not possible to add my IHG membership due to booking via Booking.com.

Absolutely loved the view overlooking the sea and stunning sunsets. The enclosed garden and patio was a real bonus as it is very pet friendly so could sit outside and relax whilst they could have a wander and a sniff. Facilities excellent, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cooking facilities, kettle, seating inside and out, comfortable bed, it’s got it all. Lovely bar/restaurant a short 2 min stroll away. Very quiet which was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. Has a car park space. We will be back we hope!

This was my second visit to the Poole branch of IHG Hotel's although I have stayed in a few other's, the beds were comfortable, room was clean and a great choice for breakfast at the buffet , also the hotel is centrally located .
