  The location was great in a very quiet area. The host Jerry was extremely helpful. It was cold when we arrived (typical British weather) underfloor heating was on a timer but Jerry put this on for us. The studio was lovely and clean. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. I highly recommend this studio as the hosts made us feel so welcome.

  The location was very convenient and handy for us.

  The heating thermostat was not working and we had to contact Coventry Accommodation. They fixed this when asked but the flat was cold for the first couple of nights. The duvet and blankets were very thin and there were no thicker blankets available. We asked to have the chairs in the kitchen replaced as they were not safe and this was done promptly.

  The bedroom was too hot and the sash window wouldn’t stay open (room 303). The temperature of the water for the shower was too hot and a poor flow. The new carpet in the bedroom made the door difficult to open.
