Your website needs updating, the roma was a completely different room to which I was hoping for, the menu for dinner is completely different to the gourmet menu which is shown and the swimming pool was concreted over. If it wasn't for Martin ( snug bar ) and the rest of the staff I would have been very disappointed.

An excellent stay. Very friendly and co operative owners. The stairs were a bit daunting for an old couple but we had our bags carried up and down by the owner for us. Great room and outstanding value for money.

Lovely house. Brilliant location. Loved sitting on the balcony having my morning tea, being able to see the sea. Particularly lovely main bedroom with a big bed.

Think it’s a great house. If I had to be picky, a more comfortable sofa and a TV with more channels, not that we had gone away to watch TV, but I think people are just used to that now.

It was ideal for a visit to the Resort World Arena for a gig, just a ten minute walk. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice and seemed good quality.

Every message since booking opened with the phrase newly refurbished hotel, it isn’t. The restaurant looked like it had been refreshed but everywhere was tired looking, old and scruffy. Carpets are worn and stained, the lifts at C section struggled to open, doors and corridors were grubby, damaged or very old feeling. The room and bathroom felt they were due an overhaul.

The hotel is quite dirty, corridors were full of dirt and leaves, not hoovered once during 4 night stay. No housekeeping during these 4 days in my room - I had to go to reception and ask for toilet paper and shower gel. Spider webs, spiders, and a few silverfish in the bathroom... Pillows were just not suitable to sleep on them, way too stuffed, big and firm. There was rubbish in the bin when I checked in, and bins were never emptied during my stay.
