the view was on the seafront which can see from room i was given a roon 12 but was no key i had to call to find out what was going on then they give me key for room 14 well the room was not what it say on there website the bed well i had to sleep on the floor that how bad the bed was share kitchen i wouldn't use it had me feel sick i was out most off the time never like staying there i payed £168.00 for this not happy at all i think i should get some money back

Clear check in instructions before arrival and an early check in time. Facilities were spotless and bed was very comfortable with toiletries provided. Good options for self serve breakfast and snacks left in the room were a nice touch. The use of the dining room to eat a takeaway meal is a convenience you do not usually get at other premises.

Room was absolutely lovely. Not much fun climbing narrow stairs with heavy bags though, but worth it. Very comfy bed, loved the decor

A little noisy from the bar downstairs; that’s why ear plugs are left by the bedside! It wasn’t an annoying noise though, just like a ‘bistro buzz’. No big deal.

It was a reasonable rate for the room and breakfast. Good to have parking. Member of staff at breakfast very helpful.

Although there seemed to be very few guests I was given a room at the top of the hotel which , with a bad knee (though they didn't know that) was very difficult. The room was very basic with a toilet seat which wouldn't stay up and no shelf in the shower. Hot water took several minutes to arrive in the morning. Television worked sporadically. There was a sign which said "Press button at the side of the TV" but there was no button. I eventually found one underneath. Breakfast really poor with very little choice.

This is much more a pension than a Hotel For me ' Hotel' means a proper restaurant or café inside the Hotel, and entrance Lobby . You enter in a large house with private rooms, you feel in a Airbnb Lobby & public areas are bad
