  Complimentary room upgrade was much appreciated and the hotel layout and staff attitude was very good. The bar area well set out with the outside patio tables in the sunshine a nice bonus and the bar and restaurant staff very friendly and quick. The hotel's proximity to the promenade, beach and south pier a major plus of course. Bed was very comfortable but shower could do with a grab handle to avoid slipping when getting in and out of the bath to access the excellent power shower ... not as agile as I used to be! Secure ANPR car park very handy and not too expensive at £18 for 24hrs. Look forward to staying again :) !

  I think chef was having an off night as some of our food was not at 4* standard but to be fair it was very busy and good value for money.

  Design, build and finish of the hut is supurb with some really nice and clever features. Although close to the farm, it's not overlooked which is handy if using the hot tub... which we did almost immediately after arrival and spent hours sat in it drinking champagne whilst star gazing. The hut is lovely and warm and there's also a log burner with wood ready to use if you're visiting during the colder months of the year.

  Not something to 'dislike' as such but additional signage would have been helpful locating the Hut within the curtilage of the farm. A mirror in the hut would also be useful..... but not a showstopper.

  Such a great place for a fantastic price, really great staff, good amenities. Spa pool was great. Bed comfy. TWO fans in the room was perfect.

  Room requires a good deep clean, the mirrors are filthy, now have a message written on the for the housekeeping staff, the cobwebs in the bathroom and all the ledge in the room need dusting.

  Poor communication about the parking.Had to call twice for wi fi password.When it was finally mailed wi fi did not work.Owner had to switch on from another location.Wi fi password is at least 12 digits long.Make a shorter password its very easy.Make things simple for your guests please.Customer service 101
