The staff were all friendly. The room was a really nice size. Shower was great. Breakfast was really good. It was also handy to have a bar for a nightcap. It is a 5 minute walk from the centre of town or there is a bus.

The location, whilst fairly close to town (30 minute walk along the river) it's a bit rough! All the doors have gates/bars over etc. Lots of fly tips about. Granted it was actually quite quiet and we didnt have any trouble, it did feel a bit dodgy leaving my car there overnight.

The hotel is so close to the Hammersmith metro station. The traditional English breakfast was good. There were restaurants and pubs nearby.

Owner Cathy is lovely. Breakfast - full Scottish - was huge! Lots of yogurts and fruit too. Superking 6ft bed, Hot tub on balcony..

It was May and as the weather was very warm, the bedroom became too warm and unfortunately the duvet was more of a winter one. I think a thin summer duvet option would be good idea.

I asked for two room close together one for our two sons. They put them one room away and put someone in between. No problem except our room had an interconnecting door with that room and we could hear EVERYTHING including phone calls swearing etc. do not accept a room with one of those doors. V poor for the money

The little fridge in your room is a little noisy but you still get a decent nights sleep.
