I was very kindly helped with my bags up to the room and was pleasantly surprised to find how spacious both the room and the bathroom was. The bed was comfortable and having a bath was a nice touch. Expectations were kinda low, but we both left quite happy.

No complaints, really. No breakfast is included and it was a slight pain having to run down to the car park every day to buy a new ticket, but we already knew that would be the case. The pub downstairs did get quite rowdy on the Saturday night we were there.

Really nice unique hotel, used to stay there before a flight from East Midlands. Situated in a beautiful village the staff were really friendly and I love a hotel with character as oppose to the standard chain hotels. Highly recommend.

Only a tiny criticism and it's barely worth mentioning is that the rooms are decent size yet the TV is too small for the room size.

Hotel very convenient for tube access. The check in staff were very friendly and efficient. There was a very comfy bed and washing gels available.

There was a nice array of teas and coffees but no kettle unfortunately. Also there is is work going on so things were a little dusty but pre-warning had been provided that this was the case.

The apartment was well-equipped and was in Central Alnwick, handy for the Castle and exploring the town.

The flat was difficult to locate as there was a pedestrian area on the approach road, and no parking outside the property to unload luggage. It was up two flights of stairs and the living area was cramped and uncomfortable with no coffee table. The bar stools to the dining table were very high to get into and down from.
