Overall the experience was great and everything worked as expected. The responsiveness of the staff via WhatsApp was excellent. You could, and probably should, install the web app provided for easy access. Also, the terrace and gym were exceptionally great. There are power points on the terrace and enough shade to get some work done if you are on a business trip. The gym in particular was amazing. The weights and the cable tower were in great condition and overall quite new. The Life Fitness brand is well respected and sturdy. You can basically do any type of workout there except barbell exercises. The Earls Court tube is the fastest way to get to the city centre. This station is still in the inner zone, so ticket prices are the lowest.

The booking process is a bit complicated as you need to provide a photo of your ID. It would have been great if this had been made clear from the start. I understand the need for this as there is no staff on site and you enter the house and room by key code and app. The bathroom is a little small, as others have mentioned, but it was certainly enough for me. There is a shelf just above the sink which makes it a little uncomfortable.
