  Access code given in advance and no hassle in getting in. Absolutely neat & clean, well decorated room with kitchen. Room are not big but decent for a single person or 2 (depends). Close to local (mini) supermarkets and attactions (walking distance).

  Next to railway track so it may annoy some however they provide the ear plugs, which helped.

  Air con was broken requiring 2x visits and not resolved. TV needed connecting - poor channel selection. Curtain rail fell down. Staff in Cafe and Reception obliging but facility needs upgrade.
