Location cottage was superb, area was amazing, lots of nature on the premises (trees, grassland, flowers, birds, deer) and very secure with gates. There is a lovely area for kids to play and lots of space to do an evening walk around the orchard. We especially loved the deer coming to see us on the patio at night. The seating area in the cottage is comfy and has good light from the window and French doors. The kitchen works fine. Great to have such a good washing machine available.

Beds were of very poor quality, kitchen table is too small for 4 adults, chairs were terrible. Water pressure was extremely low. I suggest to invest in better quality beds and have the water pressure fixed. We hardly had water to take a shower from time to time.

Quiet street about 300 metres from Main Street with off street parking. Clean, comfortable beds and general furnishings which appear recent. Well equipped kitchen and a small enclosed area overlooking a river. The owner was responsive by email to any information we sought. The property was an ideal base for exploring the local area as well as multiple walks to suit every ability.

The room was comfortable and warm; breakfast options were good and everything was tasty - staff adapted what was on offer for vegetarian requirements. Location was perfect for walking into and exploring the town. Staff were friendly, chatty and welcoming.

The shower spurted water quite widely until you got the hang of it, so the floor got pretty wet.

Charming cottage, full of character and features. Bedroom on the 2nd floor with great balcony. Superb location right in the centre of Yarmouth. The cottage has a very relaxing feel to it and is very comfortable throughout.

The very steep spiral staircase might be an issue if you have mobility issues. However, you know exactly what you're getting if you look at Tovah online and it is a fabulous feature.

Breakfast service and food, room was a portacabin bed was old springs twanging workmen parking by your window then leaving early for work, no staff on reception tried to charge for evening meal had already paid staff we did find were good
