Perfect location for the Caledonian Etape and we really appreciated the very early breakfast for cyclists. Staff were fantastic - Big Karen and Michael could not have been more helpful.

5 mins walk to Buckingham Palace - Excellent location to see/walk to all the tourist sights. Hotel staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean.

Had a twin room 4th floor. No view out of window and room felt small. However this was fine for one night, personally wouldn’t have liked it for any longer and did feel slightly short changed.

Great location for it being so close to transport and the centre. Along with media city. Good facilities in the apartment, good coffee machine.

Being close to the tram it was very noisy. It was extremely warm in the apartment so we had to have the windows open as no fans were provided. When you close the windows the noise isn't bad at all!

Beautiful location, great facilities, lovely garden - sitting out and listening to birdsong was a joy. Off road parking. Spotlessly clean.

The twin beds were very uncomfortable as they do not provide support. Room and particularly the bathroom could do with updating. Only one usable double plug and none by the beds.

Breakfast was poorest I have seen in a 4* hotel - all processed (white sliced bread, juice from concentrate, poor quality meat, babybel cheese in plastic wrap as the 'cheese selection ', Kellogg cereal). Very poor selection and little fresh food offered. Room service menu looked similarly poor quality. WiFi was very slow - difficult to even do an online search so wasn't able to work there as planned. You have to pay extra to park your car in hotel car park. Not able to access hotel pool (needed to book before arriving even on a Monday evening)

Very clean and comfy rooms with friendly staff that invited me in.

Restaurant was closed for evening meal that I got told about when I arrived. Ordered the pancakes for breakfast to be told 15 mins later that the chief has to cook them from scratch which should have been done on ordering them or at least being told about it. Staff in restaurant didn’t care and a couple of back handed sorry comments isn’t good enough.
