These people are the best, super friendly and helpfull all the time. The have a really good menu so everyone will have something they like, doesn't matter if it's for breakfast or diner. Event the lunch package was really good and plenty for me at least! They have plenty of advise to give on the region since they are also hikers. The bunkbeds have a seperate light and one plug to charge your stuff. I had good nights there

The most unique property I had ever stayed in. Were pleasantly surprised by thr location and the moment we entered the “Yurt”. Living right in the middle of nature was just such a different and unique experience. You could just stay in and enjoy. Will certainly love to go again. The owners we so helpful and were quick to respond

Rooms were brilliant. Spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was equally spacious and loved the Espa bath products. The breakfast was one of the best ive had in any hotel ive stayed at. The spa was well worth a visit too!

The location is excellent and close to all touristy attractions and shopping. It's close to the public transport route and in a safe area.

The cleanliness was sub standard and we only received one towel per person for the whole duration of the trip. The toilet paper was not sufficient and the 24/7 number was not in use late at night when we had issues with hot water

It was all e service. E checkin, worked well. But our iPad in the room didn’t work, tv didn’t work. The apartment was smarter than us. It took a while to work out how all the lights, curtains, blinds and heating worked. All very modern, but when you are tired, not wearing your glasses and just want to turn the bathroom light on, quite exhausting. Although my husband said he would stay again! Ran out of coffee pods and loo paper, lucky to find someone and they restocked us. But if your iPad doesn’t work, you are in trouble. Couldn’t get the tv to work. We read so that was ok. OOMS we’re on the small side for more than a few days.

The shower could not be operated. Water was scolding. Tested before showering and hot water scolded my wrist. Maintenance was carried out but still no joy. Room was changed but was not given like for like room.
