Clean, new hotel, great beds, location in the middle of a very bustling neighborhood. The room is convenient and well laid out. Lots of nice amenities nearby including a tube station and tons of options for eating and shopping.

The rooms are not huge - a bit more of a seating area would have been icing on the cake, but this is London ... at around midday, the elevators were really struggling with too many guests - crowded and stopping on every floor. The pool is miniscule, although the roofdeck views are lovely.

We enjoyed lots of this trip.Great location, spacious room, amazing sea view, large comfy bed, friendly staff, great choices for breakfast, great area. Quiet at night. My 9 year old nephew had an amazing time.

We did not like the level of cleanliness in the bathroom. The dirt and grime around the base of the toilet, very dirty bin in the bathroom, both shower heads disgusting with black dirt and scum. The vent on the ceiling in the bathroom really needs to be cleaned. Also the child kept pointing out the dirt around the edges of the bed on the floor so under the bed could do with a hoover.

Breakfast was OK, full English with choice of cereals, fruit and yoghurt with toast and selection of jams, staff were pleasant enough but not really enough of them

The original room was old, tatty, had marks all over the walls and the radiator sounded like a train. They moved me to a different room which was much better. The swimming pool closed early on a Saturday which is pretty poor considering that is probably the main time people want to swim.

Having to list every single thing we wanted for breakfast, right down to the jam we wanted, and how many pieces of toast. Surely it's easy enough to provide another piece of toast if I needed one

The lock with the code on the front door was broken, so we could not get into the apartment. If the owner of the pub, who has nothing to do with the apartments, would not let us through his entrance, we have no way to get there. But the pub closed at 10 in the evening, so even if we wanted to go out in the evening, we couldn't, because we wouldn't be able to get back to the room. So the trip became a prison. The owner is unwilling and rude and did not want to help or return the money. The equipment in the room is terrible, the floor is sticky, the toilet is sticky , simply terrible conditions. I do not recommend 👎
