The hosts, Niel and Seema went above and beyond for us on our arrival. Lovely people and made our stay magical. The bathrobes and slippers were a lovely touch along with a coffee machine and fresh milk in the fridge. The place was spotless !! The cabin had better technology than I had ever seen before in a small cabin. The huge projector screen was lovely touch, we felt relaxed with a glass of wine in our hand, watching our favourite movie. The views looking over the lake were exceptional, such a treat to wake up to. You can also walk down to the dock and go for a swim in the lake. My partner and I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a little getaway around nature. We will definitely be back. Thanks again, Neil and seema!

I was given a room facing the road. It was terribly noisy. I requested for a room changed n I got another room which was great. Beware no aircons in rooms. Location is great for us. Near to tube Russell square- 1 stop from St Pancras , nearby to British museum and walkable to Covent Garden etc under 30mins

This was a fantastically cute little house. Lots of little Fagin themed decorations. Brilliant location literally 2 minutes walk from shops and sea.

The bathroom is quite tiny, and the stairs steep, but I guess that is part of the Victorian charm! (They do send an extra warning that the stairs are not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility)

Location wise, the hotel is walking distance to hit the hottest hangout spots like Liverpool One, Albert Docks, Matthew Streets.

Staff and food were fantastic. Dinner menu was fresh with great choice, excellent breakfast. Location great, lovely town.

Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired, basics- bed and floors were fine, shower and dusting needs doing properly and regularly. Lastly, get a mirror in the room for the ladies!

Good quality - room, facilities in room. Good choice at breakfast. Parking space. Easy walk to city centre

The staff at breakfast pounced on you as soon as you went into breakfast room, asking about scrambled eggs. I don't eat them and tried to explain that I wanted to wait a bit. The second day they said 'not possible' as too busy. But while I was in the breakfast room, there were only 4 of us.

There’s nothing not like really, I have stayed in this hotel several times. On this occasion I found my room a little cold. I was able to find a portable fan heater to help but the wall heater was not as efficient as it could be.
