The area is wonderful with some easy and very challenging walks available. The Snug also provided some lovely basics like milk, some crumpets, and butter. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV also has accounts set up so you can watch Netflix and so on. The dog treats and towels were also a brilliant extra. The shower was excellent and good quality. The communication from the owners was nothing but perfect. I think they go above and beyond, and I'd love to stay again.

Going on others' reviews, I noticed it had no cooker or hob, but a toaster and microwave was available. I planned around this and took my own small air fryer to help with the self-catering.

Had a lovely stay at The Swan. The staff are very nice, the breakfast is wonderful and they are accommodating to allergies (gluten free diet in my case - got gluten free toast each morning and advice about all the items on the menu). Lovely location with plenty of parking. Rooms were warm, spacious and comfortable.

Dinner was not as fantastic as the breakfast, but location makes up for it.

I like the oldie world character of the building and the decor of the room and facilities.The breakfast was excellent but I can't comment on the evening meal we were out with friends.The staff were all smiling and happy to help you with anything.

In the room we Loved the comfy bed, the bath and bathroom products. Our trip was for our anniversary and the staff made it extra special with a nice chocolate and fruit display. Beautiful grounds and lots of nice places to sit and relax.

Spa access has now been limited to 7-10am in the morning after your stay, which I found shocking that we paid to stay the night but then could only use the facilities for 3 hours in the early morning, less considering breakfast also falls in that window.

The bedroom we had was a lovely size with a bath and shower. The bed was comfy, the bath filled quickly and the shower was hot and powerful. The staff were very friendly.

The location for places along Cornwalls north coast is ideal. It was in a very quiet and peaceful area.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The fridge and bathrooms were not how we would like to have them. Some cutlery was not washed very well so meant we were checking everything before use. Cleaning generally could be better, sorry but that’s how we felt.

Terribly complex security system for access, 40mins to work out initial access. No hosts on site. Room not like photos. Double foldaway bed too small. Very stale smell in corridors. Tiny window for fresh air. Public walkway directly outside window giving no privacy.
