Very quiet residential area, clean and cosy small room with comfortable beds. It was nice to have an access to a small garden. Everything for breakfast (including vegan options) was provided. Perfect place for a short stay.

Excellent location for exploring the city with beautiful views of the dock and river. Very clean, spacious one bed appt with comfy bed and good shower. Very handy Sainsbury's Local 1 minute away.

Can only phone with issues on day of check-in - then relying on email which isn't quick. Alur did their best to assist, but I didn't expect to spend 2 evenings sorting lack of Wi-Fi and therefore TV. Instructions on how to use hob/oven are needed as they're not intuitive or possibly weren't working,..

It was close bay to Greenford subway, aswell as bus stops, it was spacious, it was over all ok and we liked the fact that families where staying in it and it was lively at night.

Bar staff weren’t very pleasant, always on there phone and kept us waiting at the bar for more than 10minutes. The breakfast was shocking, the hash browns had no potatoes in it, the sausages were burnt and it was most certainly not a £10 breakfast each person. It was more like £2.50. If I could get a refund I would.

There hotel itself was great, can't fault it. Its a little further down shore than id normally choose but it's 100yds from the sea so it made up for it.
