The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

The decor was modern, quirky and had a sense of humour, well loved it. All of the available rooms had a view of a Newquay beach, some also included the golf course as well. We stayed in the Captains Room on the top floor and had a view of the Great Western and Towan beaches. The bed was comfortable and, like the rest of the house had been decorated thoughtfully. It had a smart tv so we could watch YouTube and the other on demand apps which we preferred. The bathroom was compact but absolutely fine for one person and the entire room was very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were good and included a Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine. Parking was convenient and just a very short walk up the hill. Wifi was available throughout the guest house. It was reliable and fast. Lucy was fantastic, very welcoming and sorted out a parking permit for our stay. She was accessible but otherwise left us to get comfortable and enjoy our time in Newquay.

It’s an old building so the rooms don’t have many plug sockets. They’ve tried to make it more convenient by using multi-plugs though. Other than that I really can’t fault the place and we hope to come back soon.

Would have preferred to have had a room in the main hotel, but the Town House was fine.

The apartment was in a good location and made our stay very comfortable with having everything on one floor

The parking for a disabled person was the only thing that made our stay very trying! I can’t walk very far and the parking was permit only! Carrying my equipment and luggage was very challenging? This is the only thing that would put me off booking there again which is a real shame! As everything else was perfect

The apartment was clean and warm

The bed was too soft for us and the bath needed a hand rail to help get in to the shower and an anti slip mat in the bath

convenient to central London

You offer a generously-sized room in London, only to leave it barren. London draws people for both work and leisure. For those here to work, a chair and workspace are essential, yet you provide neither. Leisure travelers require a space to unwind, organize their belongings, and prepare for their day. A lack of floor-length mirrors is unacceptable. Why a fridge in the corner instead of a kettle? And why must guests request an ironing board and iron when it's evident they'll need to unpack and freshen up after their journey? This room is poorly designed and lacks thoughtful consideration. It requires a thorough reevaluation to justify the price paid by guests.
