  Extremely clean and well set up with amenities etc. Beds are OK. We had the twin room. A little squeeze. Continental breakfast was very adequate. Seating on the front lawn provides a lovely view across the water

  I was disappointed that "take-out" food was prohibited on the premises. This meant we couldn't make use of the garden furniture for an alfresco drink and dinner. I understand when food is banned from rooms, but from premises is overboard. The manner of Lorna meant I felt uncomfortable addressing this. Wasn't introduced to Lorna. Her husband was quite amicable.

  It is right in the centre of Brecon, so lots to do at night. The twin room was comfortable and quiet, so got a good nights sleep after a day of hill walking. Friendly staff.

  TBH the breakfast was better at the Weatherspoon's 5 mins walk away. Not bad, but not the best locally.

  The apartment it's self was comfortable and location was good.

  There was 50 stairs to the apartment and no lift we had an 80yr old with us and the stairs were too much for her this was not made clear. The stairs were filthy, cigarette buts, broken glass and smelled of bins. The bathroom and toilet were incredibly small which made them uncomfortable to use.
