The staff are brilliant. Very friendly, they go above and beyond. I asked if they could possibly put a note in our room saying Happy Anniversary. When we arrived there was a lovely gold Happy Anniversary message printed on A4 paper by the pillows, there were red cushions and a rose petal heart made from synthetic petals. It was very lovely. The beds are very comfy and the room decor is attractive. It's in a great location with lovely views of the beach. This was our second visit this year. Thank you!

The hotel fascia is currently being renovated. Ask for a room away from the scaffolding.

The management and staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere and is well located in the centre of the town. A very good carpark next top the note.

Friendly staff, room was very clean, choice of restaurants nearby and so close to the station. The room was in the basement but I didn't find the rumbles from the underground disturbing.

The twin room was small (as you can see in the pictures) but big enough for two adults.

The room was large and well- furnished. The only criticism was that there were no bedside lights, so after reading in bed you had to get up to put out the room lights.

Just a minor detail - The lifts can be a little testing at times. It just requires a little patience otherwise a stunning property. 😉

The room was very small. It would be great if a table and chair was added to the rooms as it is difficult to be on the bed all day. If you want to do work or even eat, it has to be done on the bed as there is nowhere else to do it.

Staff were good, room was spacious and clean and Marco Pierre Whites restaurant was excellent, breakfast was cold and poor.
