Absolutely outstanding! The communication with the owners was superb; they were prompt in their responses and graciously accommodated both my early check-in and late check-out requests. They went above and beyond by offering invaluable suggestions and guidance regarding dining options and travel tips, for which I am deeply grateful. The apartment itself epitomizes luxury, boasting high quality furnishings and thoughtful amenities such as welcome snacks and toiletries. Despite being British myself, my partner is American, and our stay effortlessly captured the quintessential British ambiance, adding an extra layer of charm to our experience.

Host very accommodating. She talked me through accessing the entry-no problem though, I just had my hands full! Apartment beautiful; own personal court yard - for sunbathing or having lunch. Host left plenty of information regarding local amenities, pubs - what kind of food they sell; local walks etc. This accommodation welcomes dogs and their owners as meadows and woodland nearby - which is all very well except if you don't like going into accommodation where dogs have been! No doggie smells or hairs though! Very well worth 5/5

The hotel had only been open 3 days when we visited, so was naturally bright and clean. Staff were polite at all times and even whilst they were still learning some of the system they would hold a conversation and not leave you waiting in silence. Rooms are very spacious with comfortable large bed and there is no noise from the aircraft’s flying close overhead. The location to Hatton Cross is excellent to be able to jump straight into the Piccadilly line of the tube and be in central London in 40 mins.

The breakfast could be better, even though it is under a hotplate light, both mornings it was lukewarm at best. Breakfast time was not busy when I visited but there were still items missing from the hotplate.

Dining room closed due to refurbishment so had to drive around looking for somewhere to eat in the evening after a long drive. Snack Breakfast in room in the morning. It couldn’t be helped but was disappointing.

Why is the toilet separated from the bathroom. You can't even wash your hands where the toilet is
