Loved the garden area for the safety of my dog too chill after two days at the beach. ( He is old and was shattered and fell asleep outside after) The extras I didn't expect. For example the BBQ outside. (The pillows and quilt. Even tho I took my own) bed was comfy. They had a hairdryer in cupboard too. There are games too play eg: Scrabble. DVDs too watch. Playing cards. Kids games. All fab! There was a coffee machine 😊 We didn't use half of them, but thought how lovely if my trip was longer. Also extras like cleaning products and washing up liquid. Loved the layout of the caravan. Well used space. Very cosy. Had a lovely cooked steak at dining table. Good quality crockery. Had Freeview so watched TV on evenings. It was quiet, close enough too walk too Towyn road or reception. Everyone on site was friendly. Had a lovely relaxing two days visited Llandudno with dog and came home too comfortable caravan. Thank you very much. Well be back 😊

Took my a little while find the little key safe. Also couldn't figure out how use the bathroom radiator. My problems, not there's. My hubby found it in the end.

Everything was done to the highest standard from decorating, to bedding, breakfast, room furniture and fittings. Lovely comfy bed. Location is perfect and Richard and Mark are the perfect hosts. We felt they went out of the way to make our stay special. We got a room upgrade, a card and chocolates because we told them it was our anniversary. So kind 😍

Making too much noise when coming home at night to make sure the front door was closed properly! Honestly everything was perfect

Ideally placed for getting into Carlisle with good parking facilities. Excellent buffet breakfast in the morning. Staff very attentive as well definitely return.

The shower had not been cleaned it was full of someone else's false eye lashes and toe nails. The bed was clean and comfortable, towels were provided and were clean.

Staff were all lovely, professional and took time with guests.

Hotel was surfacely clean :- beds were spotless, bathrooms spotless, reception , bar and spa spotless. However it was let down by windows being black and nets being black with mould. Such a shame this attention to detail has been missed.
