The location was spot on , shops on the door step .The staff were professional. The room was spacious. We liked the interchangeable design of the the bathroom and toilet door . The bed was very comfortable. One of my friends loved the power shower in their room.

The instructions for the shower was wrong. We worked out that we had to turn the handles in the opposite direction to the instructions for the correct operation. The lights in the rooms was very dull , this include the bathroom. Another gripe would be the flow of traffic at breakfast. After descending down the stairs ,It seemed as though you were coming back on yourself to gain access to food items . Access to the plates were on the other side of food and were not particularly warm. A rethink of flow is needed. On a positive note the food was plentiful and good value for money.Can I say a big thank to Daniel who was superb. Each morning he greeted guests with a sunny disposition .He was professional ,warm, attentive and polite .

The location was good but attention to the finer details were missing. Staff were generally okay but a bit strange at times.

On arrival the person greeted me by my first name. Not the service I would expect. Bed and towels were clean however the room needed a deep clean. No handle on bathroom door, light not working on bathroom mirror, walls are paper thin - I could hear even the slightest noise from the room next door as if it were simply partitioned off. Lots of dust and generally a bit contrary.

Only downside was due to short notice I was unable to secure a car park space. Alternative car park within walking distance and reasonably priced though.

The bathroom was in the room but the toilet was not, in fairness it was assigned to the room, but if you wake up during the night, the toilet is outside your room.
