When I got to the hotel I was given the key to my room and on entering the room was like a furnace! It was SO hot in the room that I told the receptionist that I would need to change rooms The receptionist told me they were fully booked I told them that o would rather sleep in my car than in that particular room I then had to go down to reception with the receptionist who had come up to the room and told me they did have a problem with the air conditioning in that side of the hotel There were two fans in the room that weren’t fit for purpose In the end the receptionist got me another room facing the pitch side I didn’t get to bed with all the twoing and frowing until 2 am I had to be up at 6 am to set up for the conference I was attending I was shattered the next day and had to them drive three and a half hours home

Smoothest check in ever. Lodges look good from outside but when you enter def has the wow factor. Quality fixture and fittings throughout with everything you need on hand. Towels, cleaning materials, toilet rolls etc all provided. Everything was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. Will def return and recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

A tad let down that the childrens play area did not resemble pictures we saw online as this was one of the main reasons this location was chosen.

Room 4 has a huge comfortable bed, a good shower and even a microwave and mini-fridge. Sherry & her daughter Lauren were always friendly and helpful. Good sized and tasty breakfasts.

Felt like real guest, whilst some own relatives are absent, felt like home, and been dealt like homie. Very much pleased. Will leave tomorrow hopefully.

Empty crisp packet in the room from previous occupant. Phone not working so unable to contact reception or housekeeping. Breakfast was lacking, for the price. Spa was poor. Very tired and old. No cushions on chairs. Not comfortable. Dark and gloomy.
