  I had a great experience. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The motel is close to shops, Boots, food shops, cafes, etc., which was very convenient. I also had the best room with a fantastic view. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

  Someone from the staff tried to enter my room twice without knocking, but I appreciate them cleaning the room while I was out.

  a lot, no bedding for the sofa beds, broken blinds, so the cab drivers could look in on my sleeping nieces, not enough toilet rolls for 10 people, leaking radiator, poor heating, no breakfast provided, no milk, no kitchen roll, very poor for kitchen appliances. keys were not easily accessible, i hurt my ankle on the gate trying to get in, which resulted in seeking medical attention, not what you want the night before your wedding !
