Location was excellent. Less than 10 minute walk from Birmingham International & was clearly signposted. We stayed here for an early flight the following day. We had a family room for 2 adults & w teenagers, great value.

Spotlessly clean; well appointed with all the toiletries and kitchenwares. The rooms were kind of compact, but given that the location is prime Oxford Street, this is to be expected

As our flat faced Oxford Street, it was very loud throughout the night. Not the apartment operator’s fault. The lift was very tiny. Interaction with the host is only through messages.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were disgusting. Lots of dirt. The mattress in one of the rooms was very uncomfortable. They changed our room because we complained, and we were given another one that was almost the same. We asked for the second room to be better cleaned and the cleaning lady just used a wet mop and it took less than a minute. the windows have no insulation at all. you can hear everything outside. all the hotel is noisy. doors slamming, people talking, you can hear people's footsteps on the corridors and stairs. The bathrooms were moldy and absolutely disgusting. It was without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. In the first room the floor was very dirty, with hair, dust and we even found a piece of a cut nail. The cushions didn't even have protection and were stained.
