Everything was clean, modern, and felt safe. The host video-called us to guide us to the accomodation parking, as the road was closed due to upgrades, this was very kind. Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  Absolutely amazing hotel, which is in a beautiful area. The bedroom views are stunning. We could see right along the coast line. All the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. We were treated like royalty, they couldn't help us enough. The swimming and spa areas are very clean and great to use. 100% recommended this hotel.

  The mattress wasn't quite as comfy as I'd hoped, BUT the pillows were soft and squishy. Had a fantastic sleep. The room and views were just stunning.

  Location was good for my needs, only 24 mins drive to work the next day, would have been 15 mins in no traffic. Good local amenities around. Liked that they had parking in an area that's fairly central to London and parking is scarce. Liked that the room had everything I needed for the night, including iron and board.

  The advertised photos are very different to reality, borderline false advertising. Carpets are rank, didn't want to walk barefoot on them. Weird nasty smell in the shower, bed uncomfortable, could feel the wires poking through the sheets. Good for one night, no more.

  Location, ideal - hotel very busy unfortunately no car parking available - clean tidy fresh room Dined at the hotel, but unfortunately I had issues with my meal which I felt the staff did not approach in the correct manner, rather disappointed as there was no real apology or compensation offered

  Stayed 4 nights room only paid £290 + £7.50×4 car park. The gym,the pool,towels and the sauna charged individually. The worst things is never get my room cleaned for four days. I had to go to the reception to get clean towels : Not worth it at all 😒
