A very charming hotel, right by the water and centrally located. Our room was perfect. The couch for our son was very comfortable, and our beds were very cozy. Great view of the river. The breakfast offered everything you could wish for. We dined at the restaurant one evening, and the food was delicious. Some of the staff were quite young and thus a bit inexperienced, but they were all very friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

We had a balcony, which was very nice, but I found the chairs on the balcony not particularly inviting. Since the cushions were left outside in all weather conditions, they didn't look very appealing. I would suggest placing a storage box there to keep them clean and only use them when needed

Staff was unwelcoming. Not a word" have a good stay" or " we hope you had a good stay" rather unpleasant and unwelcoming staff at the desk giving out the impression that thy don't want to work there nor engage with cutomer. Very hard to seek out any answer. Hence we decided not to go for a breakfast at the hotel.

The property is in a great and convenient location, and easy walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and theatres. Check in staff very quickly resolved the error of being checked into an already in use room and provided an upgrade, so in terms of helpfulness and quickness they were brilliant.

It is being refurbished currently and it was clear to see why that was needed. Also, whilst some of the staff were beyond helpful, others were a little standoffish at times. There was also the issue of being checked into a room that someone was already staying in.

Comfortable room, great evening meal and breakfast. Beautiful house with well kept gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our breakfast watching the birds outside the window, especially the Woodpecker.

We used the hotel for a family get together of around 12 persons. Rooms were great. Breakfast was excellent.

Parking was a problem. The payment machines didn't work properly, and many people were struggling to park and pay. A number of us have received parking penalties. This is very annoying.

Bins weren't emptied, body wash and shampoos were almost empty. Dogs being allowed in the restaurant. Having to pay for movies when the hotel is already very expensive.
