  Great location for exploring King’s Lynn. Kind, friendly hosts; we appreciated their Green Mindfulness & environmentally aware touches. Pretty, welcoming room to return to after a busy day out. Great shower, comfy beds. Easy parking on site. Beautiful municipal park close by & easy access to the city and its historic attractions.

  How beautiful the decor was, it was beautifully designed. The room itself was a really good size and plenty of space. Loved the towels and blankets provided, as well as the plastic wine glasses and cups so we can drink in the hot tub. Sitting in the hot tub was great as it has lovely views.

  You had to pay for parking ( although lady on front desk offered free parking after we complained) There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby for our entire stay, smelt like bad drains. We booked a twin and double room and were told they couldn't be beside one another...when we went ro our twin room it was made up as a double so housekeeping came to change it...but my mum's diuble room was also available to split the beds...so really think we could have been beside each other. We were far apart each other and on different floors which wasn't ideal.
