Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Usb ports for charging, in room safe, tea/coffee, biscuits, water bottles. Hotel restaurant and bar are convenient and have a reasonable selection. Had good coffee at the bar. Lots of seating areas around hotel as well. Staff friendly and helped out with taxi’s etc. Location is excellent. Close to Central Station and easy walking distance to Buchanan Str, George Square, Cathedral, Necropolis. Walk to University of Glasgow or Kelvingrove Museum is a lot further, but doable as it is mostly flat once up the first hill. Definitely will stay here again if in Glasgow

The location was great and the people were really friendly. The price was quite good and the facilities (other than the room) are good. The menu catered well for gluten free and allergies too.

The wifi was poor in our room and I couldn't work from the room due to the poor connection. The room was really warm too and the fan in the room made a lot of noise so we couldn't use it. The breakfast wasn't great value for the price and the bed was really uncomfortable. It was quite small for two people and very bouncy, meaning it was a very disturbed sleep and we both woke up with back and neck pain. You also have to walk through the restaurant to get to your room which is very busy and this was a bit off putting too.

Some strange noises - machine generated - woke us in the morning. They are very loud. Unsure what it was but it does get in the way of our sleep.
