  This hotel met all our criteria. It was perfectly located right beside the train station, the lobby had a charming appeal with a beautiful grand staircase and the rooms were clean and spacious. It was in a location conducive to walking to restaurants and shops.

  Perfect location, right by RADA and the British Museum, clean and fresh smelling with a working lift.

  You have to push the door really quickly after putting the code in, which meant we ended up having to call the owners, thinking we were locked out. They were really helpful and we got let in quickly!

  I stayed here last week in room 5 which was at the back of house small but fine. This week I stayed in room 6 at front of house. The noise from the road continued throughout the night. The right hand window catch was broken. The shower doors didn’t fully close soaking the floor. No pillows foam cushions wrapped in pillow cases. Carpet covered in stains. When I went to reception at 10 pm to see if I could move reception was shut. Never again
