This place had a very homely feel to it; I would stay here again. It really is out yonder but there is plenty of car parking out front. Everyone staying there was friendly and the staff although they appeared quite busy were also friendly. The dinner was good value for money and nice. There was a nice fire to sit around after dinner and the rooms were comfortable and cosy. Limited options for breakfast as it's a small hotel, but enough to get you going for the morning.

The staff were fantastic. We arrived quite late just before closing after a delayed flight, and we were still warmly welcomed and they even had the bar available for a drink. Awesome. The room was spacious, comfy, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, and the dinner options and bar/dining area looked awesome too! Next time. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Fantastic place to stay in London! Near the Paddington station, so easy access to tube and trains. Nice, silent place, perfect for staying. The room was very clean and the support was very nice. Everything was very sophisticated, for example you open doors using your phone, no physical keys required. The breakfasts in the Les Files were very tasty.

The location is great, the room had everything we could have needed and the breakfast set us up for the day, it was delicious. It was lovely chatting with our hosts Karen and Adrian, they made us feel very welcome.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Appreciated the iron & ironing board, fan & extra heater in room should they be needed. Separate carpark for residents. Easy check-in experience.

The shower & bath were great, modern & plenty of hot water but please put chains on the old fashioned bath plugs as they are so difficult to remove otherwise ~ we had to use a teaspoon.

Surprised by the planes flying low overhead coming in to land at Belfast City Airport. Quiet during curfew hours 9.30-6.30

When we stand by the door, we can connect to the internet, but not in the room. The signal was strong but all six devices we had cannot communicate data in the room. I asked hotel staff of rebooting the router, but it did not improve at all. The staff initially told me unbelievably that the internet was managed by another supplier and I should call them, which I refused to do. Regarding WiFi, the situation was worse I have ever experienced. The windows were not airtight, we felt a draft and external noise was very noisy. The digital key using app didn't work and we could not unlock the door between the lift hall and the building. We had to be provided with card keys.
