My husband is disabled so to manage a buffet for us both was a challenge. However, the food was superb. Perhaps somebody on hand to help s couple in the 80"s would have been good.

I told the check-in person I'd like to pay cash at check-out. At check-out, I was told the hotel had already taken the money from my credit card. That was very careless of your staff. The person that did my paperwork gave me the wrong receipt. She had to call her superior, twice, to ask for instructions. She needs to be better trained.

a mini fridge would be great as there wasnt really a communal fridge in our building, if you wanted to use a communal kitchen you had to go down to the main reception area down the street.
