The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location was amazing! We felt everything was well thought of and very much appreciated the fine detail put into our stay. The shower was small as expected but worked very well and we were impressed by it. Although it was raining we had a relaxing time and we saw deer walking around outside which was very peaceful. We also really enjoyed going to the games room, even though we thought it would be mainly for kids, there was a pool table and table tennis there too.

The only thing I’d say is that we could not find a can opener! Hardly a bad thing but we didn’t think to bring one with us so this made it a bit tricky getting into the food for dinner.

Great location just across the bridge from The Chelsea Flower Show, which is why we stayed. Also near all the new shops and restaurants at the Battersea Power Station and the ferry jetty along the Thames

The room was a little dated and worn.

Staff were great and very friendly despite the usual amount of rubbish clients many of the hospitality industry have to deal with on a regular basis. Kudos to them for handling it like pros.

Adding hair dryers to the rooms would be great if possible.

Lovely caravan, very clean and everything you could need. Booked so that each adult (over 55,) could have own bedroom but (see dislikes).
Negative section of review
Single beds too small for adults. Event being held on site with the worst low bass music thumping out until 2am even setting off car alarms, it only stopped when partner went to complain. Site owners need to be made aware and advise customers.
Positive section of review
well presented, exactly as advertised, good array of facilities in a good area with shops and food places round the corner.
Negative section of review
lack of parking, but car park is easy to access

Early check in, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, polite stuff, water bottles in room.

Location, limited coffee choice for breakfast.
Positive section of review
Good breakfast, would have appreciated an oatmeal option. Maybe some instant packets.

A heads up about the cats on the information re: booking. We were fine, however, we do have some relatives with significant cat allergies so if we were travelling with them it would have been a challenge!

Parking on site. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and location is amazing.

Breakfast portions are reduced since my stay last year. Feels a bit mean to allocate cereal portion and cling film it in a bowl. If you stay here you must expect 1970's room decor. We could not close bathroom door without unscrewing door bar, could not get TV reception, and mattresses are all ancient. But you get what you pay for so if you go with that in mind you'll be fine.

Quirky clean comfortable

Loud foul mouth golfers in the bar area, tv is internet based and didn’t work most of the time and if you wanted Apple Netflix or Amazon you had to have brought your own log in and at nearly £500 per night I think you should get tv, golfers walking past your terrace 10’ away all day. Is it a golf club or a hotel there needs to be more separation for the concept to work.
