Nice big room, very comfortable bed, great shower. Staff very kindly made our room up in advance of normal entry (it was raining and our plans to 'have a look around' were washed out.) We had lunch and dinner there, both excellent with great service and lovely wine (London prices, mind you! :D) NIce location, close to Tubes, parks, other bars/restaurants. Lovely big fan in the bedroom for air-con (there was also a wall-mounted fan, but that was very(very) noisy.

Shower had a little shelf for toiletries, but it was wobbly and things just fell off! The kettle was too big to top up in the small sink - but water was provided in a bottle, so that worked. The cafetière was 'one-cup' - we were 'two-people' :D WiFi was showing a network error (but we weren't too fussed as we have plenty data).

Wonderful relaxing stay! The hot tub was exceptional. The owner was very helpful and the cottage was very well kept. Clean and had everything you could wish for. The large fridge freezer was amazing. Remember this is a working equestrian farm ! lovely seeing the horses in the field each morning.

Easy to check in. Large restaurant area. Adequate menu. Well prepared food. Breakfast was good.Large central bar area. Quiet countryside location. Plenty of parking.

Beds were very firm, but passable. Television was unable to select and view standard TV channels. Staff could not offer any solution and even said that the room had TV problems in the past. Receptionist said that it was a "techy" problem that means they have to call in external help. Windows opened onto an upstairs external walkway, so felt unsafe to leave them open when unoccupied or overnight. "Push bar" outer door propped open with a sand bucket. Fire doors wedged open and.unattended upstairs in the morning, and by planters to the reception area during the day. It was explained that the doors are not wedged open at night.

Service from staff on 3 of the 4 mornings no smile everything was an effort to them l was given a pot of coffee so weak it was disgusting and politely asked if I could have it a bit stronger and a new pot was dumped in front of me that was so strong and thick it was undrinkable
