Cheap accommodation in the middle of campus, fairly close to the town centre (25min walk, a couple of buses throughout the day, and a cheap 3min taxi ride from the station if need be). It was quiet and the room was clean, with a sink in the room, sheets and towels included. Easy checkout and safe rooms with keycards to lock from inside and outside the room.

Very basic accommodation, the showers are push buttons which is not very practical. Not many utensils in the kitchen (it would be nice to have more cutlery, plates and cups). The mattresses are uncomfortable, fine for a short stay.

Did not have breakfast . the location was good for me as my relative lives in Pinner and the bus stop was by the hotel with regular buses which only took about 5 minutes.

I thought one teabag really mean Although the was coffee too . The heating did. It appear to be on in the morning but yes there was an electric radiator to put on . Generally needing some Tlc

The location was ideallic and the outdoor facilities are superb. Tom the host was brilliant, warm, friendly and very helpful offering advice on where to eat etc.

The code provided for the locked key box was incorrect and as the host was busy with a group out on the water, we had to wait around an hour to ask how to gain entry.

The location and the warmth of the cottage. All the walking books. The host was very nice and helpful too. Free coffee, tea and biscuits was a nice touch.

the place is nicely furnished, well equiped. it is quiet and has a good heating system.

it was much smaller than the description of the offer (says 60m2 while it was not more than 35m2). I got allocated to the app on the 1st floor and the stairs are steep and narrow.

The hot water temp in shower was almost none existent . Slightly warmed up after running for 20 mins but barely luke warm , maybe an issue with mixer tap ? Decided to run a bath again water issues the hot is labelled as cold and vice versa. My girlfriend burnt her hand as she thought the cold tap was running but it was hot !! Then after pulling plug out and the water drained away it started to flow out of the shower waste bringing up disgusting things from drain . I have video of this . Wi-Fi was exceptionall slow. No food available or refreshments . Pool was easily accessible as had to be turned on etc every time you would require to use so we opted out . Outside pool has some sort of cover that has failed and there is beer kegs just floating about . Unfortunately looks like the end of a horrible pool party . For spending £160 I would expect a much higher standard of everything .
