A friendly and courteous welcome from reception staff at check in was lovely after a long journey and set the tone for an exceptional stay. Thank you to the guy who checked us in - your warm greeting was appreciated. A stylish interior and fabulous breakfast spread. Very comfortable bed and good room facilities. We were upgraded on arrival, which was great. Quiet location and away from the main party goers in Oxford Road, but still close enough to access on foot. Easy parking in Car Park D Booth Street West, behind the hotel, made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. Would definitely return.

Grocery shop literally 2 min away from the entrance, if you have any dietary needs, you can cook, microwave or even walk towards the nearest market. If you’ve never lived alone earlier - no need to start now.

Didn’t get the question.

Excellent customer service, location, and value for money. Relaxing atmosphere too. Very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet at night despite being in the city.

Only small downside was that the room wasn't cleaned properly before I arrived. There was make up stains on the bathroom door, the carpet and couch, along with a few other things on the carpet that hadn't been hoovered. One other point was that I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, and housekeeping still knocked the door and tried to come in.

Excellent location in the London centre. Room was so nice and had everything that you need. I loved the décor of the whole hotel and breakfast was rich and tasty.

I had to wait for breakfast, the space was too small for all guests.

A comfy bed and very clean bathroom. The lady at reception was very nice and very helpful. Location is perfect for everything local in Plymouth and easy walking.

Despite having the fan on all night and the radiator off, I kept waking up because I was too hot and the room felt stuffy. As I was still tired when I woke up, I decided to miss breakfast and try for a bit more sleep.

Friendly staff, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The window in the room was tiny.

I thought complimentary umbrellas could have been provided. It was very hard to get into a lift as they were always busy.

Friendly staff, excellent location, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good

A towel was missing despite indicating two people and child staying, the coffee especially capaucino was not good, the view of the car park was not the best especially given the price we paid

Great food in a great location in a lovely family run hotel.

It wasn't far from the beach. 6 minute drive.

The was a few holes in the curtains. Stains on ceiling and bannister. Although you are staying on the keisure Park, you are not able to use leisure activities as the inners have affiliated with the vomoany so it us blocked. What us the point if going to a keisure oark if you can't use facilities even at a extra price. The WiFi stopped working the kast night and couldn't get any reception to call. The TV had bad signal and does not take a firestick from home so very limiting. There were no chairs or garden table to sit out the back on the patio. Says there's a washing machine....couldn't find one.
