Our room was large and beautifully furnished the bathroom very good but a grap handle or two would be helpful Breakfast was good a lovely buffet to start then a choice of freshly cooked delivered to your table. Our evening meals were excellent a good choice of menu but since we were 13 persons plus a dog we were excluded from the beautiful dining room which as a view to die for . Personally I felt that the basement room in which we ate had little ambiance.

Was allocated a tired single room where the shower room in particular is in need of re-furbishment. Also found the bed uncomfortable. I booked and paid for a double room and had confirmation of same. Receptionist was unhelpful preferring to try to persuade me to buy dinner and breakfast there rather than to get me into the correct room. Complained via their customer services but was completely ignored. I know some of the rooms here are comfortable as I have stayed before but won’t be staying again. They are obviously relying on their proximity to the airport for custom but there are other providers near by.

Cleaner was very pleasant, receptionist was slightly cold. The room was hot and air con couldn't be adjusted to make the room a pleasurable temperature.
