Staff were helpful and friendly, especially the chef who does breakfast. Food was of a high standard and the bar and restaurant area was spacious and vibrant. Room was very comfortable and modern, very fresh and airy. Only downside was the cupboard door kept swinging open in the bedroom but other than have nothing to fault at all. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if working locally.

This was great value for money especially as we had free parking as well. We didn't use the restaurant for breakfast as we were meeting family we would certainly stay here the next time we visit Bristol.

No hot water,,, boiler was not working and neither was the emersion tank so when we finished work we had no hot water to shower in,,, was offered elec heaters but that had nothing to do with having hot water,,,, was offered a days refund which ended up being a fraction of the daily cost, because of vat a fees,,, complained through booking.com but was just ignored...hopefully they can get the boiler working for the next visitors

The printer didn't work so the receptionist couldn't print flight vouchers, the parking payment machine didn't work and there wasn't a sign but the receptionist took paymt with a small discount for the faff, the lights didn't all turn on in the morning - but someone was to hand to help sort quickly.
