The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was big enough. We really enjoyed the dinner at the hotel and we were very happy that they had vegan options (you have to ask for a separate menu though) The swimming pool was a good way to wake us up in the morning

The location was a bit hard to reach.. Not the hotel's fault, and we were aware of this, but the road to get to the town is LONG. And narrow. So be aware of that if you plan on arriving later in the evening, I was quite tired of driving by the time we got to the hotel

Very clean - looked newly refurbished, particularly the bathroom. Staff were friendly and efficient, and there were nice touches for a relatively low priced room, including tissues and hairdryer.

Bed was a bit narrow - even for a single - but appropriately sized for the room.

It was easy. We arrived one hour before check in time and the appartment was ready so we could get in.

I expected to find some tea or coffee . While the appartment was very clean, the common areas...as you enter the block of apartments and near the lifts wasn't as clean.

There is nothing really which is making it is a 4 star on booking.com. I highly doubt those reviews are genuine, First Room 1. Flush did not work 2. Phone did not work 3. Window lock broken (apparently you need to call reception to close window I don't know why but apparently we are living in 18th century) 4. Windows absolutely disgusting and full of mud I don't think they have been cleaned in years. Fair enough when I informed reception after speaking to DM who surely did not both to come out and discuss situation just told receptionist to go and give other room why are you coming to me ... It was loud but I could hear it clearly. Anyways receptionist handed over me the keys and said you can go and move yourself... Thank God everything worked in the new room however windows were even worst than the previous that filthy and disgusting that it made me sick that I had to stay in this hotel we decided to leave the curtains closed so we don't have to look at the filth on the windows. I opted for breakfast at reception and paid. Later we decided that we did not want breakfast after reading the reviews of the breakfast and limited options of vegetarian/Halal stuff and I requested reception that if I could cancel as I Haven' had bfast yet and there is still at leas 7 hours . the receptionist said its not refundable but will discuss with his Night Manager after 2-3 minutes a Guy came from side and asked me to come on side even though reception was almost empty and goes to me it cannot be cancelled and its non refundable . I said to him it doesn' make any sense as i paid extra so I should be able to cancel and he went to saying its the Policy of hotel. Si I asked him fair enough if that's what your policy is does not make any sense to me but were does it say and he said I am not obliged to give you the policy or will print out the policy to show you which explains it was all lies.

Locality to the airport was good.

The rooms are a bit basic and the breakfast was not the best. For a stop over before travelling it was fine. The bed didn't face the TV which left us with a cricked neck.
