I can’t recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food at the hotel was lovely. We enjoyed meals throughout our visit, and again the service was excellent. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Thank you very much to all the staff for looking after us during our stay.

Lovely space, well equipped, comfortable bed. Nice and quiet and well positioned to explore the area. The courtyard area is a beautiful sun trap on a nice day. Amy greeted us on arrival which was lovely. We had a super weekend, thank you

Really well located for ferry port, beach, town and the castle. The facilities are fairly basic but good value given the price. Beds are comfortable and everything is clean.

Don't go there! Starting with the dark dingy entrance, the worn and scabby looking bar furniture, then move on to the dark and ugly room! Threadbare carpet and stained chair in our room, the dark furniture, the dark bathroom with pathetic shower. Please don't spend your money on staying at this place.

Small bathroom, tiny gym. Facilities are not adequate to accommodate to the number of guests staying. Was unable to use the pool facilities as the hotel didn't have robes for plus-size guests, and actually sniggered and were condescending when I asked if they had larger sizes available. When I booked I told them it was my husband's birthday and that it would be great if they could do something to make it special; all we got was a plate with Happy Birthday written in chocolate and 2 tiny bite-size pieces of brownies. Not what I what I would call special or would expect from a hotel that sells themselves as luxurious and high quality. This hotel does have modern decor, but overall, it is average and overpriced. They advertise for a flat, which where not existing. None of the pictures on booking.com was matching to the flat. This was very disappointing and I think not legal.
