The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

It was very , clean and quiet house, I did like the check in system, felt very safe there, there was properly working fridge and kettle, so I could make my morning coffee, I was in quadruple room, so perfectly fit for my needs

I really can’t find anything bad about property, no any complaints

We stayed in the garden lodges as a family of four. Location was great, accommodation was decorated to a high luxurious standard and not far to walk to the beach.
Negative section of review
It was quite expensive and we weren’t made aware at the time of booking about needing to book into the joiners arms in advance so we were unable to secure a dinner reservation. We did use the takeaway service though and the food was of high quality.

The location is beautiful. The grounds are imaculte.

The room was tired, gloomy and dirty. The fan from the bathroom ran all night and so did the voice of a guest below. The room only had 1 lounge chair and the addition of 2 children's bed which were not required. The shower was blocked so had it had standing water in it. I called security for a room change because we could not sleep but they were not given keys to relocate us.

Great staff, very central. Big room!

Bed was uncomfortable. Think the mattress needs replacing. Toilet tissue on the bathroom floor and in the toilet on arrival. Room was clean but just not a great look on arrival.

I liked leaving the hotel.
Negative section of review
I didn't like that the first hotel room we were put in had broken air conditioning so it was 27 degrees in the room for hours. I did not like being moved to another hotel room at 1.30 in the morning to a hotel across the street. I liked even less being told before 9 a.m. the following morning that I had to move back to the first hotel across the street. I disliked being put in a room that was even worse than the first one when I did go back there. I disliked being bullied by the staff and lied to. I disliked being in 3 hotel rooms in the course of 36 hours. I disliked having someone else's hair on the floor of the bathroom. I disliked there being a hole in the cavity wall behind the desk in the 3rd hotel room, so that bare bricks were exposed. I disliked having no TV service in the 3rd hotel room. I disliked the toilet seat looking like it had been borrowed from another toilet in the 3rd hotel room. The four stars this hotel claims to have must have fallen from the sky, because in no way, shape or form does this ressemble a four star hotel. Kudos to the photographer who took the photos of the rooms though. The person has serious talent making a sow's ear look like a silk purse. In summary, Harry Potter had more comfortable living quarters that you would have at the Bocardo Hotel, and the Dursley's treated him better than we were treated also.
